Once you apply to use the Church Online Platform, your account will be labelled either Pending, Approved, or Declined.

Before your church can start broadcasting through the Church Online Platform, your account will need to be approved. We’re committed to the platform being used to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ, so we review every applicant. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. In the meantime, you’ll be able to use the Admin and set up your church account in the tool.

You’ll even be able to see what your online service would look like on the front end, but the public will not be able to see it. If the public does navigate to your Church Online while your account is still pending, they will see this message: Thanks for visiting [church name]. Please check back for their online service.

Once your account is approved, your Church Online Platform and any events you created will be live and fully operational.

Once your account is approved, you’ll receive a notification from us saying that you’re approved and ready to start broadcasting your Church Online.

After our review, your account may be denied. You’ll still have access to the Admin portion of the tool, but your Church Online events will not be visible to the public.

Your application may be denied for a couple of reasons:

Your website didn’t provide enough information about your beliefs, core values, and/or mission statement.
You are a for-profit organization or individual.
Your beliefs are contrary to those of the Church Online Platform.
