With the powerful theme interface, you can make the Church Online Platform match the look and feel of your church's brand. This article will walk you through the different options the interface offers.

Below you will find an example of what areas can be customized.

1. Title

1. Title

This is strictly for admin purposes. This will allow you to select a theme based on what you name it.

2. Navigation Background

2. Navigation Background

Notice the orange area.

3. Navigation Font Color

Notice the orange text. Also note, when the button is hovered over, the color of the text changes to the orange color as well.

4. Button

Note all the orange areas: Give & Sign Up buttons, Show Map, and Live Prayer.

5. Button Hover

Notice the button by itself is orange, but once a mouse hovers over it, the color changes.

6. Button Active

Notice the orange button is its normal state, the fuscia button is the hover state, and the button changes color upon being clicked.

7. Button Font Color

Notice all the orange buttons now have black text.

8. Background

Notice the orange area "background" of the site. If you do not have an image you'd like to place in the background, you can choose a solid color.

9. Font Color

Notice the text that is orange. Also note, text placed inside of the Custom Tab also takes on this property.

10. Title Color

This property will change the color of your event's title.

11. Subtext Color

The text beneath your event's title will be effected by this property.

12. Static Background Content

Static content is placed at the bottom of the page. This property will change the background color of the section. This would be useful for isolating the content from the rest of the page.

13. Footer Background

This property will change the background of the footer content section.

14. Footer Text

14. Footer Text

This property will change the color of text in the footer area.

15. Calendar Headers

15. Calendar Headers

This property will change the background color of the calendar headers.

16. Custom CSS

16. Custom CSS

For the more advanced editor, you may enter CSS to target areas of the site not mentioned above.

17. Custom JavaScript

17. Custom JavaScript

For the more advanced editor, you may enter valid JavaScript to change things about the site. Proceed with caution. Inputing incorrect code may cause the site to break, thus requiring a site reinstall (all customization and events will be lost).

18. Background Image

18. Background Image

Add a background image to really change the look of your site.

19. Active Theme

19. Active Theme

By sliding to the "ON" position, this theme will now become the active theme. You may have multiple themes, but only one can be the active theme. Themes are great if you have a regular event (weekly church service) but also plan to host a unique event (conference or revival). You could have one theme branded to your regular church service, and another that is branded to your unique event.

Final Thoughts

Themes are great if you have multiple events that are going to use the platform. An example of this would be a regular weekly service, but perhaps you have a one time event of a conference or revival. One theme can be branded to your regular church service, and another that is branded to your unique event.

For any change to take place, you MUST save your work. Save early and save often.
