Video or Audio is Not Working

The Church Online Platform utilizes your streaming provider's player. If your live stream video or audio is not working, your primary next step should be to reach out to your streaming provider's support channel to see if they are experiencing issues.

Here are some other next steps:

  1. Make sure you have copy/pasted the correct embed code in to the platform.
  2. Verify your internet connection.
  3. If Audio: certain browsers force the video to be muted at first, so you must un-mute the video.
